Terms of Service
Last updated: October 29, 2026
1. What eHelp is
eHelp is a Windows desktop application for scheduling and publishing posts to social media accounts, viewing your own recent posts, and sending live video to your channels. Using eHelp requires an active subscription and the access token we give you.
2. Your subscription
- Your access token is personal. Do not share it or use it on behalf of people who are not part of your subscription.
- Your subscription includes the networks and period agreed with us. When it ends or is cancelled, eHelp stops publishing and livestreaming.
- We may suspend a subscription that breaks these terms or a network's rules.
3. Your responsibilities
- Only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
- You are responsible for the content you publish and stream, including having the rights to any music, images and video in it.
- Follow the rules of each network: Meta Terms, Instagram Terms of Use, Threads Terms of Use, X Terms of Service and X automation rules, YouTube Terms of Service, and TikTok Terms of Service.
- Disclose paid partnerships and promotional content as each network requires.
- Do not use eHelp for spam, posting the same content across several accounts where a network forbids it, misleading or illegal content, or to get around a network's limits.
4. Third-party services
eHelp publishes through each network's official API. The networks' own terms and limits apply, and they may change or stop their services, or act on your accounts, independently of us.
5. No warranty and limitation of liability
eHelp is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for missed, delayed or failed posts or livestreams, lost data, or actions taken by networks on your accounts.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and continued use of eHelp means you accept the updated terms.
7. Privacy
See our Privacy Policy.
